“Teen Mom 2” star Chelsea Houska celebrated her 21st birthday at the delectable Pan Asian restaurant Social House located inside Crystals at CityCenter.
Arriving around 8 p.m. to the Las Vegas hot spot the reality star was escorted to her table where she was joined by four of her closest friends. For the special occasion Houska and her guests were presented with a variety of delicious selections including Yellowtail Crispy Jalapeno Sashimmi, Black Cod Bibb Lettuce Cups, Kobe Hanger Steakand an assortment of rolls all paired with a fine bottle of Riesling wine.
Later in the evening the young starlet was surprised with a mouthwatering dessert platter filled with an assortment of specialty sweets including Mochi Ice Cream, Dark Chocolate Lava Cake, Yuzu Frangipane and more.
